How can my order ship faster?

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within a certain number of business days after you place your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

I put in the wrong shipping address, how can I change it?

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately through our website’s contact page. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee a change if the order has already been processed or shipped.

International: Why can’t I order matches?

Certain items, such as matches or lighters, may be classified as hazardous materials and are subject to shipping restrictions by air or to international destinations. We apologize for any inconvenience.

International: I’m not in the US, am I responsible for customs and duty taxes?

Yes. The recipient is solely responsible for any and all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be levied by your country’s customs office. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

RETURNS, MISSING ITEMS AND DAMAGES

What is your return & exchange policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to return items within a certain timeframe of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Please note that final sale items may not be returned. My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us through our website as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to make it right.

My item shows as delivered, but I don’t see it?

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive, or they may be left with a neighbor or in a safe place. First, please check around your property and with any neighbors. You can also contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for more specific delivery information. If you are still unable to locate your package, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

How do I ship my order back to you?

If you have been approved for a return, we will provide you with the return shipping address. You will generally be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Free shipping details

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount. Where are your products made?

Our candles and reed diffusers are carefully crafted and poured in the USA. We partner with trusted manufacturers who share our commitment to quality.

How are your designs applied to your mugs and other products?

How do I care for my coffee mug and wine tumblers?

To preserve the design, we recommend hand washing all drinkware with mild soap and a soft sponge. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or placing them in the dishwasher, as this can damage the finish over time.

Can my mug go in the microwave?

We do not recommend microwaving any of our mugs or drinkware, as the materials and decorative designs may not be microwave-safe.

Are your plastic dispensers BPA free?

Yes, we ensure that any plastic dispensers we offer are BPA-free for your safety and peace of mind.

What refills do you recommend for my pens?

We recommend using standard pen refills that are compatible with the pen’s style. Please check the product description for specific refill information.

CANDLE CARE AND INFO

Candle Care? What’s that?

Candle care is the practice of burning your candle correctly to ensure a clean, even burn, maximize its lifespan, and enjoy the best possible scent throw.

How do I prevent a high flame?

Always trim the candle wick to about 1/4 inch (5mm) before each burn. This helps control the flame size and prevents smoking and sooting.

What is the longest I can burn my candle safely?

Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting.

How long will my candle last?

The total burn time depends on the size of the candle and how well you care for it. Approximate burn times are listed on each candle’s product page.

My candle won’t light. What should I do?

If the wick is too short, the wax pool may have trouble igniting it. Try gently clearing any debris from around the wick. If the wick is very short, the candle may be at the end of its life.

How should I extinguish my candle?

The safest way is to use a candle snuffer. If you don’t have one, you can gently blow it out, but be careful not to splatter hot wax. Dipping the wick into the melted wax and then straightening it can also help reduce smoke.

What kind of wax do you use?

We use a high-quality, clean-burning wax blend to ensure an excellent scent throw and a smooth, even burn. Specific wax types are detailed on individual product pages.

What are your candle wicks made of?

Our wicks are made from all-natural fibers, such as cotton, and are lead and zinc-free to ensure a clean burn.

What kind of fragrance oils do you use?

We use premium fragrance oils that are specifically formulated for candle making, ensuring they are phthalate-free and safe for use in your home.

How strong are your candle scents?

Our candles are designed to have a strong, consistent scent throw, both when cold and while burning, to fill your space with fragrance.

How can I fix my candle once it has tunneled?

Tunneling occurs when the candle burns straight down the middle. To help correct it, you can wrap the top of the candle in foil while burning to trap heat and melt the wax toward the edges. Be sure to monitor the candle closely and never leave it unattended.

Will my candle melt when shipped during warmer months?

We take precautions to package our candles securely. However, during extreme heat, it is possible for candles to soften or warp in transit. We recommend checking your local weather and considering this before placing an order during a heatwave. If your candle arrives damaged due to heat, please contact us.
