We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United States. This includes all 50 states, as well as APO/FPO addresses. Brighten Up Life is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We take great care in packaging your items to withstand the rigors of transit, but once the package leaves our facility, it is under the care of the shipping carrier.

We strongly recommend considering the optional shipping protection offered during checkout. This protection can provide a simple and fast solution for filing claims related to lost, stolen, or damaged orders directly with the protection provider.
For packages that are marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with neighbors, household members, and your local post office or carrier depot. Occasionally, packages are scanned early and delivered within a day or two.
Items Shipped Separately
Please note that if your order contains multiple items, particularly if it includes items shipped directly from a vendor (sometimes called “Curated” or “Vendor Direct” items), you may receive separate shipments with different tracking numbers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment as it leaves its respective facility.
